Weed Inspection is the responsibility of the Operations Division of the Public Works Department.

The Weed Control Act

The County provides interpretation and administration of the Weed Control Act. To report the location of noxious or nuisance weeds on a right of way within the County of Peterborough or on agricultural land, please contact your local municipality. For a list of Noxious Weeds in Ontario click here.
