Waste Management Master Plan

The County is in the process of developing a new Waste Management Master Plan (WMMP).

A WMMP provides direction in managing all waste. It considers the full spectrum of waste from creation to disposal. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Blue box recycling
• Organics composting
• Household hazardous waste
• Electronic recycling
• Tires, and scrap metal
• The disposal of remaining waste by landfilling, exportation, or energy from waste.
