Our Fleet
Type III Ambulance
This Type III ambulance is the primary response vehicle used to respond to medical emergencies in the County and City. Each ambulance is staffed with two qualified Paramedics and may transport up to two patients to the hospital.
Emergency Response Vehicle
This Emergency Response Vehicle is used primarily by Superintendents providing support in the field. These ERVs are equipped with first response equipment but do not transport patients.
Command Unit
This command unit is deployed when a major event occurs in the County that requires an Incident Command to be established. These events can include major fires, weather related emergencies, disasters or festivals and concerts.
Operational Support Unit and Trailer
The Operational Support Unit and Trailer are used as a resource to deal with major events that require additional equipment for patient care and can be used as a medical out-post for triage and assessing large numbers of patients.
