Notice of Budget Meeting being rescheduled from February 22 to March 14, 2012

The Special County Council Meeting scheduled for February 22, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. has been rescheduled to March 14, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. to receive the 2012 Draft Budget of the County of Peterborough.

Pursuant to Section 291 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, and in accordance with the County’s Notice By-law No. 83-2002, Peterborough County Council intends to adopt or amend the 2012 Budget for the County of Peterborough.

All meetings will be held in the Council Chamber, Peterborough County Court House, 470 Water Street, Peterborough, Ontario. All meetings are open to the public, with the exception of items that will be dealt with in closed session in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25.

The County Council Agenda will be available online on the Wednesday afternoon prior to the County Council Meeting. The Addendum Agenda will be available at 8:45 a.m. on March 14, 2012, prior to the County Council Meeting.

Paper copies of the Agenda or Addendum Agenda are available and fees and charges for the provision of the paper copy are authorized by the County’s current Tariff of Fees and Charges By-law. Both the Agenda and the Addendum Agenda are available at the following website noted below:
